BRAND NEW! WALBRO 400LHP Universal High Pressure Fuel Pump Kit
Pump Kit Details:
All new for 2011, the Walbro F90000262 400LPH pump is the highest flowing intank fuel pump on the market. Walbro designed the pump to meet the requirements of modern turbocharged applications where a single 255LPH fuel pump is insufficient. The pump uses a turbine style design which incorporates two composite plastic blades, just like our HFP 255LPH pumps, as well as the Aeromotive 340LPH pump introduced last year. The turbine design lends itself to extremely quiet operation, especially compared to Walbro’s previous “gerator” pump design that had metal gears which were notorious for a very loud whining noise which could easily be heard over even the loudest aftermarket exhaust setups.
The Walbro 400LPH pump can flow anywhere from 0-100psi (the bypass valve is set higher than Walbro’s previous fuel pumps, which were around 85psi). Final fuel pressure is determined by your fuel pressure regulator. Please note that this is an aftermarket fuel pump, and some modifications may be required to get it to fit. The overal size is very similar to Walbro’s previous generation GSS340/GSS341/GSS342, however the base is slightly enlarged as shown in the pictures. Please email us at sales “at” highflowfuel “dot” com with any installation questions. We specialize in fuel systems, and can help out with any questions, or spare parts you may need.
Horsepower capabilities, No other intank pump on the market can come close. This pump can support over 800hp using larger than stock fuel lines. This pump can still support significantly more power than a Walbro 255LPH pump even when using stock fuel lines. Due to the higher amperage draw of this pump, a hotwire kit should be used. An aftermarket Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR) is also highly recommended. We stock USA-made Phenix Industries universal bypass regulators for EFI applications with any fittings you need (-6AN, -8AN, etc). Give us a call with any questions! 1-818-574-FUEL.
I purchased this fuel pump brand new and never installed it due to selling my project car. I paid $155 (receipt in pics) for it and am selling it and am asking a very fair and firm $100. 7five7 8four9 eight0six5
